Forehead Line Treatment
Forehead wrinkles, also known as lines or creases, are the horizontal or vertical indentations that appear on the forehead as a result of ageing and repeated facial expressions. These lines can range from fine, shallow lines to deeper grooves, and their prominence can vary depending on factors like genetics, sun exposure, and lifestyle habits. Most treatments involve relaxing the forehead muscles and smoothing the skin.
Crows Feet Treatment
Crows feet, or wrinkles around the eyes, can be treated with a variety of options. Some treatments aim to reduce the appearance of existing lines, while others focus on preventing further wrinkles.
Mouth Line Enhancement
The reality is the mouth is usually one of the first areas of the face to develop wrinkles. The good news is that it is possible to reduce their appearance or even prevent them from forming prematurely.
The Different Types of Mouth Lines and Wrinkles
Lip Lines
Lip lines are vertical wrinkles that appear on the lips and extend from the upper lip to the tip of the nose. Those found on the lips appear as a series of fine vertical lines, often extending from one side of the mouth to the other. It is not uncommon for lipstick to settle into these lines, making them appear darker and deeper than they actually are. Hence the name lipstick lines.
Laugh Lines
Laugh lines are the vertical lines that start from the sides of the nose and run around the mouth, sometimes reaching the chin. They typically appear in two forms: parentheses lines and the nasolabial fold. The parentheses line is the crease between your upper lip and cheek, while the nasolabial fold is the sagging skin or tissue that hangs over this crease.
Marionette Lines
Marionette lines usually appear in people over 40 but can appear in some people as early as their 20s or 30s, depending on your genetic predisposition; they are the lines which run from the corner of the mouth down towards the lower jaw.
Volume loss is the second biggest contributor to marionette lines. This is exacerbated by the general loss of volume that occurs with age – the breakdown of soft tissue, fat and structural proteins such as collagen and elastin – resulting in a sagging effect.
Dr. Debbie can adjust treatments for most kinds of wrinkles to fit your requirements.
Jaw line
Jawline treatments aim to enhance the definition and contour of the jawline, to restore volume and shape. These treatments can help improve facial symmetry, reduce the appearance of jowls, and create a more defined jawline.
Cheek enhancement
Cheek enhancement, often achieved through dermal fillers, is a cosmetic procedure that adds volume and definition to the cheek area, creating a more contoured and youthful appearance. It can address volume loss due to ageing or genetics, and also be used to enhance facial symmetry and contour.
Lip plumping
Patients may want to enlarge the size of lips for many reasons, including:
Restoring a previous lip size – Lips may get smaller or thinner: your philtrum (the groove between your upper lip and septum) may get longer and flatter and the distance between the corners of your mouth (intercommissural distance) may increase.
Correcting the shape of lips – It’s common for lips to be different sizes or shapes (asymmetrical).
Smoothing wrinkles – When you smile or laugh, wrinkles sometimes develop on the sides of your mouth.
Boosting confidence – Lip fillers can help improve your self-esteem and body image.
Dark eye circles / eyebag reduction
Polynucleotides are natural, injectable bio-stimulators that promote skin regeneration and rejuvenation by activating the body’s natural healing processes. They are derived from DNA fragments, and when injected into the skin, they stimulate the production of collagen and elastin and can help to reduce dark circles.
Non-surgical reshaping of the nose
The treatment is carried out using dermal filler. It is an instant treatment with minimal recovery time. Dr Deborah Houghton will discuss with each patient the sort of results which can be achieved.
Non-surgical blepharoplasty
Non-surgical blepharoplasty is a cosmetic treatment that works to tighten and lift the skin around the eyes without the need for surgery. This treatment can be performed using a range of techniques, depending on your skin type and overall goals. Results will vary based on your skin condition, age and the specific approach used.
Dermal filler face lift / non-surgical facial ageing
This treatment helps to rejuvenate the face through facial contouring and subtle lifting of areas that are affected by the passage of time.
The treatment is helpful for a dropping mouth, nose to mouth lines, mouth to chin lines and lifting to the jowl area, lasting around 18 months. There is very little down time.
Neck rejuvenation
Facial aesthetic neck rejuvenation refers to a range of procedures designed to address signs of ageing in the neck area, such as sagging skin, wrinkles, and loss of definition. Dr Deborah Houghton also has techniques to address excess fat deposits in this area.
Body contouring and fat reduction
The injections contain an agent similar to bile agents, the substance that allows our bodies to digest fat. Like bile acid, the acid in these injections dissolves fat cells. Because these treatments kill or dissolve the fat cells, the results are permanent.
How can the results be permanent?
We are born with a certain number of fat cells. No matter how much weight we gain or lose, we still have the same number of fat cells. We look heavier when we gain weight because the fat cells expand. When we lose weight, our fat cells shrink.
Because non-invasive fat removal kills some fat cells, the targeted cells are gone forever. You’ll still have some fat cells in the treated area though. If you gain weight, these cells will expand, but you’ll see less fat in the treated area.
How long does it take to see results?
With non-invasive fat removal, the results appear gradually.
Double chin treatment
Jawline treatments aim to enhance the definition and contour of the jawline. These treatments can help improve facial symmetry, reduce the appearance of jowls, and create a more defined jawline. Fat dissolving also can be carried out.

You’ll usually see the full effect from the injections used to treat excess chin fat about 3 to 4 months after the last treatment. Some people see the full effects earlier.
Skin Health and Condition
Skin boosters including treatment of dry skin – Polynucleotides, Profhilo, Sunekos.
Skin boosters are an injectable hyaluronic acid that acts as an internal moisturiser to hydrate the skin, improve the skin quality and give the skin an overall ‘boost’. The injectable also improves the skin’s elasticity, firmness and radiance by stimulating natural collagen production (we begin to lose collagen from age 30).
From reviving sun-damaged skin and smoothing wrinkles, to fading scars and stimulating natural healing processes, Skin boosters provide long-term rejuvenation that lasts for up to 9 months.
Skin boosters are injectable treatments designed to deeply hydrate and improve the skin’s quality by delivering hyaluronic acid directly into the epidermis. They effectively boost hydration and overall texture, making them ideal for addressing fine lines, dullness, and dry skin. While skin boosters excel at providing moisture and a radiant glow, their primary focus is on superficial hydration rather than actively remodelling the skin’s structure.
Some boosters are bio remodelling treatments designed to rejuvenate and remodel skin tissue from within. Unlike traditional skin boosters that mainly enhance surface hydration, they penetrate deeper into the dermis to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin—key components essential for maintaining skin firmness and elasticity.
Treatment of Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and oily skin
Injectable treatment is available for excessive sweating and oily skin, with a wide range of areas offered – including armpits, feet, upper lip and scalp. Sweating reduces in a matter of days, helping you to feel more comfortable and confident.
Treatment of Acne and Rosacea
Please ask Dr. Debbie about your exact requirements as techniques and agents vary on a case to case basis. Dr. Debbie can also offer a staged treatment involving more than one agent.

Injections can be used to treat both chronic migraines and certain types of back pain, specifically those related to muscle spasms and tension. For migraines, Botox is approved for chronic migraine sufferers, and it works by blocking nerve signals that cause muscle contractions and pain. For back pain, Botox can help relax tense muscles and reduce spasms, potentially providing relief from chronic discomfort.
